No these aren't rocks, these are dozens of beautiful, magnificent seals basking in the sun, peaceful, undisturbed, protected - loving their seal life on the gorgeous beaches of Pacific Grove, California.  I fell in love - they lie there dozing warmly, lifting their tails and heads as the waves roll in, and then resting again as the cold water recedes.
