| Founded in the 1950's by Dutch emigrants William and Helen Roozen in Washington State, USA, Roozen Gaarde is one of the most exquisite TULIP gardens I have ever seen. A couple of hours drive north of Seattle, nestled in the Skagit Valley, this is flower heaven. |
